WORSHIP SERVICE

What is worship?

Worship is not restricted to just music and singing, but rather the entirety of the service. The manner in which we enter and leave our gatherings plus everything in between encapsulates our worship and is reflective of our reverence for our Holy God.

Why do we worship?

In the simplest of words, we worship God because He is worthy of our worship. He demands it and He deserves it. He knit us together in our mother's womb (Ps. 139:13-16); He sacrificed His Son for our transgressions so that we can be justified and therefor glorified for eternity with Him (John 6:37-44).

How do we worship?

We are called not to forsake the fellowship, to build one another up (Hb. 10:24-25). The Church is the bride of Christ, the gathering place for His saints. All of our worship is directed to the triune God. Our aim is not to entertain or focus on men, but on our Creator. What flows out of our worship is a community of believers that work as one body and lead to us living God-honoring lives. This diagram displays the way in which God calls us to worship Him.
